Cancellation/Refund Policy

All products purchased through the Site may request in writing a monetary refund up to 30 days after purchase. Any refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will not qualify for a monetary refund. All refund request after 30 days but not more than 90 days after order date, may request an account credit. No refund requests will be approved if request is made more than 90 days after order date. Customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) before returning product. Purchase receipts must accompany RMA request. An RMA# will be issued only for qualified return requests. Shipping charges to return product are paid for by customer.
